CMMS in cleaning services? Sirsa already offers it to clients: a computerised maintenance management system

This programme monitors and defines spaces that could require maintenance/cleaning, as well as the types of services and their frequency and follow-up on the tasks performed. It also allows including a record of the products used, the assigned personnel and the procedure and safety time or documentation, therefore compiling data to ensure that the indicated objectives are complied with. Its functionality is valid for not only preventive or planned maintenance but also for corrective or extraordinary maintenance, therefore allowing the system to generate notices of the required service. These notices are sent to the platform, then the indispensable work orders are generated, and the personnel required to carry them out are assigned. Those orders are received on the workers’ mobile devices.

SIRSA currently uses this application at the UTE (Temporary Joint Venture) of Aeropalma (Palma de Mallorca Airport) and recently implemented it for the city government of Vigo. At the same time, the company is preparing to implement the system at centres of the group, Barcelona Serveis Municipals (BSM), for which it provides service at the Tibidabo amusement park and various car parks of the Catalonian capital, among other places.

SIRSA is also developing the integration of this software in its management of the various Teams that it has available for the purpose of assigning specialised, periodic maintenance services and extraordinary jobs to the various itinerant units, which jobs will be received on the mobile devices of those Teams.
